Improvements in Windows Explorer

Windows Explorer is the foundation of the user experience of the Windows desktop. For the new release Windows 8, developers have come up with the following goals to improve usability.
– Optimize Explorer for file management tasks
– Put the most used commands in the most prominent parts of the UI so they are easy to find
